Retail Emails With Geo Segmentation

I’m looking for a fresh, accurate file of customer email addresses drawn strictly from the Retail & E-commerce space. The list will fuel upcoming marketing campaigns, so I need contacts that are verified, up-to-date, and fully permission-based.

Alongside each email, include a clear location field (city, state/region, and country as available). No other demographics are necessary—quality emails plus location data are the only requirements.

Please deliver the list in a clean CSV or Excel format that I can import directly into my ESP. To make sure we’re on the same page, share a small sample first so I can check formatting and relevance.

Acceptance criteria:
• Hard-bounce rate under 2 % when tested
• Each row contains: email | country(just Japan)
