I’m seeking a Chartered Accountant who can step in as a hands-on business consultant. The immediate focus is twofold:
1. Business planning
• Draft a full, investor-ready business plan with market-grounded projections.
• Structure the financial model so it speaks clearly to banks and funding agencies.
• Package the information required for loan and subsidy applications, ensuring compliance with current guidelines.
2. Financial management
• Set up or refine cash-flow tracking, budgeting, and KPI dashboards.
• Recommend practical improvements that keep us audit-ready and attractive to lenders.
You’ll work directly with me, so clear explanations and actionable advice are essential. Familiarity with common accounting tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel-based models) is a plus; what matters most is accuracy, clarity, and a consulting mindset.
Deliverables will be signed off once the business plan, financial model, and funding pack meet standard lender requirements and answer all subsidy criteria. If you’re confident you can guide a growing company through this stage, let’s get started.
