* Webchat & Escrow: Real-time webchat with instant token spending and Stripe payment/escrow integration.
* Automation & Bulk Import: Telegram automation integrations and CSV/Admin bulk import for rapid listing setup.

Technical Scope & Requirements:
* Architecture: API-First (Node.js, React/Next.js, Supabase/PostgreSQL or equivalent scalable stack).
* Design: We will provide the front-end UI/UX layout templates; your team will focus on front-end integration, backend logic, API connections, testing, and final deployment.
* Future Ecosystem Pipeline: Successful and timely delivery of this first module opens immediate priority access to our broader platform ecosystem (TOGETHER Master, SMART!, NOTARY), structured with upfront base fees and guaranteed 1% annual revenue shares.
