I am ready to commission a fully-featured, responsive website that looks crisp on both mobile and desktop. The design must feel modern and intuitive, backed by clean, well-structured code that you will hand over to me in full at project close.

• Secure authentication: standard email + password login, reinforced with two-factor authentication.
• Database layer: MySQL for all data storage and queries, set up and documented for easy future scaling.
• Performance & compatibility: fast load times, cross-browser support, and fluid layouts that adapt seamlessly to phones, tablets, and large screens.
• Code quality: organised file structure, clear comments, and no licence constraints on any third-party libraries you introduce.

Deliverables
- Complete source code repository (front-end, back-end, and database scripts)
- Deployed, testable site on a staging server
- Brief hand-over guide covering build/run commands and environment variables
