Residential Mid-Build Cost Estimation

I need an experienced estimator to review my residential project, which is already under construction, and produce an accurate mid-stage cost estimate. You’ll receive on-site progress photos, and the contractor’s latest payment claims. From these, I expect a clear breakdown of material quantities, labour hours, and any provisional sums that still apply.

While the focus is the mid-construction estimate, it should seamlessly align with standard BOQ structure so I can track variations through to project completion. If your workflow includes generating a supporting BBS or refining the existing one, that is a plus.

Deliverables
• A comprehensive construction cost report in Excel or similar, detailing quantities, unit rates, and total costs.
• A concise commentary section highlighting cost hotspots, projected overruns, and value-engineering opportunities.

Accuracy, clarity, and turnaround time are the main success criteria for this task.
