Merge Three Python Web Apps

I currently run three separate Python-based web applications that overlap in purpose and code. Maintaining them individually is slowing development and has started to hurt response times under load, so the main goal of this job is to fold all three into a single, leaner codebase and measurably improve overall performance.
Here is what I need from you:
• Audit the three existing repositories, identify duplicated functionality, and outline a sensible architecture for a unified app.
• Handle all refactoring and integration work, keeping existing features intact while removing redundancy and tightening performance (query optimisation, caching strategy, efficient routing and template reuse, etc.).
• Provide clear migration steps so user data and configuration move across seamlessly.
• Supply before-and-after benchmarks that demonstrate the performance gains.
Each of the current apps is already live, so you’ll stage your work in a separate branch or environment, let me test it end-to-end, then assist in the final rollout with minimal downtime. I’m flexible on frameworks: if the three projects turn out to use different stacks, please recommend the smartest consolidation path rather than forcing everything into one framework for its own sake.
Clean, well-commented code and concise documentation are mandatory. If you’ve merged sizeable Python web projects before and can prove real-world speed wins, I’m ready to talk specifics and get started right away.
