Maintaining them individually is slowing development and has started to hurt response times under load, so the main goal of this job is to fold all three into a single, leaner codebase and measurably improve overall performance.

• Handle all refactoring and integration work, keeping existing features intact while removing redundancy and tightening performance (query optimisation, caching strategy, efficient routing and template reuse, etc.).
• Provide clear migration steps so user data and configuration move across seamlessly.
• Supply before-and-after benchmarks that demonstrate the performance gains.

Each of the current apps is already live, so you’ll stage your work in a separate branch or environment, let me test it end-to-end, then assist in the final rollout with minimal downtime. I’m flexible on frameworks: if the three projects turn out to use different stacks, please recommend the smartest consolidation path rather than forcing everything into one framework for its own sake.
