I’m looking to partner with a detail-oriented landscape architect who can take my residential projects from concept to build-ready documentation. For each site I will need a cohesive package that combines realistic 3D visualisations with fully engineered irrigation and precise planting plans. The relationship is intended to be long term; we have a steady flow of new homes entering design each month and I’d like to rely on a single professional who can maintain consistency across them all.

Typical scope per project
• 3D design – photorealistic renders and model files that clearly communicate form, materials and lighting
• Detailed irrigation plan – pipe sizing, head layout, zoning and controller specifications suitable for contractor installation
• Planting design – species selection, quantities, spacing and a schedule formatted for procurement

You may use the software you’re most comfortable with—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or comparable tools are all acceptable—as long as final files are delivered in DWG/PDF for drawings and a view-only format (or still images) for the 3D work.

I value clear communication, quick turnarounds on revisions and a professional presentation standard that a contractor can follow without guesswork. If this sounds like the kind of collaboration you’re after, please share a brief portfolio showing similar residential work and outline your typical timeline per 500 m² lot.
