Position Overview
We are hiring a creative, tech-savvy Podcast Host & Videographer / Editor.
In this dual-focused role, you will be responsible for conducting intimate 1-on-1 story interviews in our "Confessional Pod" during daily sessions, capturing candid video highlights, and producing clean audio-visual keepsakes and social media reels
Role Title:
Podcast Host & Videographer / Editor Engagement Type: Part-Time Contract Time Commitment: 2 hours daily on-site during active (plus remote editing) Ideal Candidates: Podcasters, journalists, media/film students, junior video editors, or content creators with high empathy and strong audio-video production skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Legacy Podcast Hosting & Story Interviewing Host short, intimate, 1-on-1 audio/video spotlight interviews with senior members in our cozy "Confessional Pod" corner. Use gentle prompt guides to draw out childhood memories, career turning points, and personal life wisdom. Create a warm, comfortable, and respectful environment where members feel deeply heard, honored, and validated. Set up and operate basic studio microphones and recording equipment during interview slots. 2. On-Site Videography & Candid Capture Capture high-quality vertical footage and candid, high-energy moments of team games and interactive lounge activities. Manage a simple stationary camera setup for the podcast interviews. 3. Video Assembly & Post-Production Master Podcast Production: Edit 15-to-20-minute audio/video podcast recordings for family archives, applying basic AI noise cleanup and soft instrumental background tracks. Social Highlight Reels: Cut quick 60-second social media reels featuring top emotional quotes, complete with auto-captions. Cohort Graduation Video Capsule: Compile a short highlight video capsule across the 15 days to project on the final cohort day. Key Requirements & Qualifications Candidates must expert in one of the below skills : Podcast & Interviewing Skills: Deep empathy, active listening, warmth, and storytelling sensitivity when interviewing older adults. Videography and Video Editing : Creating full podcast content , short reels etc. Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi and Telugu How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their application including: Resume / CV: Detailing your experience in podcasting, video editing, or content creation.
