I have a partially-working Replit project that now needs to be taken to production-ready status within the next two weeks. The remaining work is straightforward but touches several areas of a typical SaaS stack:

Authentication
– Implement secure email-and-password signup and login (my chosen flow) with JWT sessions and role separation for “client” and “designer”.

Core features
– Interactive map that plots every commission or on-site visit, updating in real time as new projects are created. I’m open to Google Maps, Mapbox, or another modern JS mapping library—whichever you can wire up fastest.
– Service packages screen where visitors can browse tiered design packages, add to cart, and check out.
– Checkout flow through either Stripe, PayPal, or a combination; I mainly need successful / failed payment webhooks stored so users see an accurate payment status badge.
– Calendar module so clients can request design visits against live availability; once I confirm, the slot should be locked and both parties notified.
– Embedded ChatGPT assistant powered by the OpenAI API (please use your own key during development; I will swap in mine on delivery).

Acceptance criteria
• All six modules compile and run on Replit without environment errors.
• New users can register, log in, and be redirected to their role-specific dashboard.
• Map pins, payments, package purchases, and calendar events persist to the existing database.
• Webhook events update payment status automatically.
• ChatGPT widget responds with the correct role prompting I will supply.
• Code pushed to the current Replit workspace plus a clean README covering env variables, setup, and a short deployment guide.

If you’ve wired up similar full-stack apps—especially on Replit—this is a compact but rewarding sprint. Let’s get started.
