I need a full engineering package for a 4-post stack-parking lift that will hold one or two vehicles at a time. The system must safely handle both sedans and SUVs; I am not pursuing two-post, scissor, or puzzle configurations, so the design should be optimised specifically around the four-column format.

Key tasks
• Develop the overall concept and working principle, including lift height, platform dimensions, and clearances.
• Produce 3D CAD models and detailed fabrication drawings (SolidWorks, Inventor, or a comparable platform).
• Run structural and load-case calculations to confirm capacity and safety factors.
• Specify hydraulics, power requirements, and any control or safety interlocks that meet common automotive-lift standards.
• Provide an installation footprint, anchor details, and a concise bill of materials.

Acceptance criteria
1. Drawings and calculations demonstrate safe operation for sedans and SUVs up to the stated capacity.
2. CAD files are delivered in both native and neutral formats (e.g., STEP).
3. Documentation is clear enough for a fabricator to build without further clarification.

If you have direct experience designing car lifts or similar SPM equipment, I’d like to review examples of your previous work before we start.
