Residential Damp & Timber Survey

I need a qualified surveyor to carry out a full damp and timber inspection on a residential, single-family house so I can submit the findings to my mortgage lender. The report must:

• Follow UK mortgage-lending standards and any relevant PCA guidelines
• Detail all visible and latent damp issues, timber decay, insect activity and any structural impact
• Include clear photographs, moisture meter readings and recommended remedial actions with estimated time frames
