Remote Software Project Manager Needed

I run several distributed teams building backend systems and I need a reliable pair of hands to keep everything moving each month. Your role will revolve around turning broad requirements into clear task lists, tracking progress, updating timelines and milestones, and generally making sure nothing slips through the cracks while our developers focus on code.

You’ll be working contract-to-contract, entirely remote, with a steady rhythm of work every month and the likelihood of ongoing projects as we grow. I value crisp, timely communication, meticulous organization, and the ability to operate independently without daily hand-holding. Prior exposure to software or web projects is a plus, but deep technical expertise isn’t mandatory; what matters is that you understand the cadence of backend-focused development and can translate it into actionable schedules.

Day to day you’ll coordinate with developers, monitor task boards, flag potential delays early, and keep me in the loop with concise status reports.
