I’m moving two complete walk-in systems from ST6 5PD to my new shop in Newport (NP20 2ED) and need a turnkey service that leaves both rooms running at their rated temperatures the same day you finish.
Scope of work
• Carefully dismantle a 3.8 m × 3.8 m × 2.25 m chiller and a 3.4 m × 2.4 m × 2.1 m freezer, plus the two outdoor condensing units now serving them.
• Load, secure, and transport all insulated panels, doors, motors, pipework, controls, shelving, and condensers to the new site.
• Re-erect both rooms to their original footprint and orientation, reconnect pipework, electrics, and controls, evacuate and charge as required, then bring each system down to temperature.
• While everything is open, carry out routine refrigeration maintenance—visual checks, leak test, replace consumables, and document pressures/temperatures so I have a fresh service record.
Key details
– Both rooms are in excellent condition, so no repairs are expected.
– Please include refrigerant recovery and safe disposal if any gas must be removed during transport.
– All fixings, sealants, and insulation needed for a clean refit should be in your price.
– I can give access to both sites during normal business hours; confirm how much floor space you’ll need for staging parts.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. Both rooms standing plumb, sealed, and cosmetically tidy.
2. Freezer holding –20 °C ±2 °C; chiller holding +2 °C ±2 °C for at least one hour under no-load test.
3. Completed maintenance checklist and pressure/temperature log handed over.
4. All packaging and debris removed from the new shop.
Timeline: I’m aiming for the move in the next two weeks, but I’m flexible by a few days if it lowers cost.

Also note any exclusions (e.g., new electrics beyond reconnecting, crane hire, permits). I’ll award the job quickly once I have a clear, all-in figure and confirmed availability.
