Job Overview

I run a web and mobile development agency that builds modern websites, mobile applications, and custom software for businesses. I’m looking for a motivated sales outreacher who can find and close clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, social media, or other effective methods.

This is a performance-based trial role with a clear path to a salaried position.

Compensation

Trial Period: Commission only

You will earn a commission for each client you successfully bring in and close.

Promotion: After successfully bringing 3 paying clients, you will be offered a salary-based position with performance incentives and long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Find qualified business leads
* Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other channels
* Start conversations and generate interest
* Schedule meetings or help close deals
* Maintain a simple lead tracking sheet
* Provide regular outreach updates

What I’m Looking For

* Strong English communication skills
* Confidence in outreach and sales
* Self-motivated and consistent
* Experience with B2B outreach is a plus
* Ability to work independently
