Senior Full-Stack Behavioral Interviewer Needed

I’m looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer—someone with 6+ years in both frontend and backend work—to run a behavioral interview for a candidate I’m considering. You’ll draw on real-world team leadership and cross-discipline experience to probe for problem-solving habits, collaboration style, communication clarity, and ownership mindset rather than coding trivia.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A 45- to 60-minute live behavioral interview conducted over Zoom or Google Meet
• A concise, structured written assessment afterward that highlights strengths, red-flags, and clear hire/no-hire guidance based on the discussion
• A short debrief call (15 minutes) in case I have follow-up questions

Because the focus is behavioral, please prepare scenario-based questions that map to day-to-day realities of a senior full-stack role—handling project trade-offs, mentoring juniors, negotiating tech debt, and collaborating with product and design. No live coding or algorithm drills are required; I only need to understand how the candidate thinks and acts on the job.
