Modern Portfolio Website Build

I need a clean, responsive portfolio site that puts my professional story front-and-center. The core of the site will be two content blocks:

• Skills & Experience – an easy-to-update section where I can outline technologies, key projects, and career highlights.
• Client Testimonials – visually engaging quotes that reinforce credibility and trust.

Pages will include Home, About, Work/Projects (placeholder ready), Testimonials, and Contact. I want smooth navigation, fast load times, on-brand typography and colours, and a layout that adapts perfectly to mobile, tablet, and desktop. No store or blog features are required.

Deliverables
1. Fully developed portfolio website (HTML / CSS / JS or preferred framework).
2. CMS or clear instructions so I can add or edit skills and testimonials myself later.
3. Source files, documented code, and deployment help to my hosting.
4. A brief hand-over video or call walking me through content updates.

Acceptance Criteria
• All pages pass Lighthouse mobile & desktop scores of 90+.
• Testimonials and skills sections editable without touching code.
• Modern security best practices in place (HTTPS, headers, no vulnerable libraries).
• Final site matches agreed wireframes and is delivered on time.
