Our U.S. bankruptcy practice manages a steady stream of Chapter 13 matters and I depend on a remote paralegal to keep every case on track. Each business day you will draft and revise petitions, schedules, means-test calculations, plans, and all supporting documents, then walk the debtor through what you have prepared so they understand exactly where their case stands. Clear, confident phone and email communication is essential because you will often be the first to answer client questions and gather missing information before I review and file.
The role runs full-time during standard U.S. business hours and is open exclusively to professionals based in Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Chile, or El Salvador who already have at least two years of hands-on bankruptcy experience and a C1 level of English. A reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and familiarity with common U.S. bankruptcy software are assumed; if you already know your way around ECF and plan calculators, you will settle in quickly.
Accuracy and turnaround speed matter: petitions must be ready for attorney review without avoidable errors, and clients should never wait more than one business day for a status update. If you are ready to become an integral part of a U.S. firm while working remotely from Latin America, let’s move a few cases together and see how smoothly we can get them confirmed.
