Your Role:

Responsible for supervision of select accounts for Elevation Health. Fosters a strong company culture that demonstrates integrity, honesty, and trust. Works directly with the Senior Operations Manager and Business Development Team on operations initiatives.

Take ownership of regional operations across our West accounts, with the opportunity to strengthen processes, improve consistency, and ensure operational excellence across locations.

Build strong relationships and empower teams by supporting account managers, resolving operational challenges, and driving accountability, collaboration, and high-quality service delivery throughout the region.

Operations:

Oversees/Supervises, trains, leads and provides ongoing support of Managers at designated accounts in their assigned region

Executes performance reviews for direct reports

Interviews, hires, and assists with the training and orientation of new employees

Consults with managers and supervisors to provide recruitment support, including interviewing and selection of candidates and promotes diversity as a criterion for candidate consideration, and provides guidance on personnel matters

Interacts and meets with clients as needed

Reviews monthly billing/invoicing

Reviews monthly report and comments

Conducts regular facility inspections during visits and annually for Centers of Excellence (COE)

Provides guidance on employee related issues including finding subs and coverage when needed and/or corrective actions

Assists with creating annual budgets for designated accounts

Assists with annual Centers of Excellence (COE), inspections and awards for designated accounts

Interfaces and collaborates with home office team on operational issues

Participates in team building events and office parties

Participates in special committees and projects as needed

Executes a dynamic new hire management training, and Core Management Training (CMT) for designated new and existing managers

Recommends, evaluates, and participates in staff development and in house trainings

Technology:

Maintains platform administrative access with the ability to update group fitness classes, personal training services, etc as needed

Manages accounts on Elevation Health's Mobile Community Engagement Platform

Provides training on platform utilization

Assists with Mobile Community Engagement Platform testing new features

Administrative:

Approves managers timecards and supplemental earnings bi-monthly for payroll processing

Organizes, reviews and updates Center Operations folders on Google Drive

Completes own and reviews all direct reports and accounts credit card statements on a monthly basis

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Follows organization’s compliance with federal and state legislation pertaining to all personnel and HR matters

Follows company policies, handbook, and personnel policies and procedures to assure compliance

Analyzes data and produces reports, documents, and surveys

Ensures effective communication across all departments

Other:

Teaches virtual group fitness classes when needed

Conducts virtual presentations

Provides feedback and support to training and development and virtual programming initiatives

Other duties as assigned

Travel Requirements:

Travel required 25% on average

Travel to assigned accounts

May be asked to travel at the opening of a new center or account

Require to travel to Colorado for Annual Elevation Health Retreat

What we are looking for:

Education:

Bachelors in Exercise Science or other related field

CPR/AED certification required

Personal training certification (NSCA, ACSM, NASM or ACE) preferred

Nutrition coaching certification preferred

Experience:

Group exercise experience preferred

Experience working with cross functional teams and facilitating healthy communication

Skills:

Excellent verbal/written communication, customer service, and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and strategic thinking

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft, Google Suite, and Canva
