Because decisions are made directly from these files, I’m looking for someone who double-checks their work, applies the right formulas, and isn’t afraid to call out inconsistencies they spot. If you’re comfortable with functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, and basic conditional formatting—and you enjoy turning scattered numbers into a crisp dashboard—you’ll fit right in. Deliverables for each update cycle: • An error-free, well-organized spreadsheet of all product, inventory, and order records • A concise report or dashboard summarizing stock levels and automatically marking any items below the reorder point • A brief note outlining notable trends or issues discovered Everything should be ready to share with the team by the deadline we agree on for each batch.
