Quantitative Data Collection Internship

I am setting up a short-term internship focused on hands-on quantitative data collection. You will help me gather numeric information, enter it in a clean, well-structured spreadsheet or database, and keep concise notes on how each figure was obtained so the data remains transparent and reusable.

Because the project scope can vary, I will clarify the exact sources with you at kickoff—these may range from public websites and government records to survey responses or internal files. Whichever source we choose, the goal is the same: secure a reliable, clearly documented data set that I can use immediately for analysis and reporting.

Key points
• Work remotely on a flexible schedule that we agree together.
• Log each data point with a brief source reference or link.
• Flag anomalies or gaps as you find them; I prefer hearing about issues in real time rather than at the end.
• Deliver the final file in Excel or Google Sheets, with basic descriptive statistics (mean, median, totals) already calculated in separate columns.

If you are detail-oriented, comfortable tracking quantitative information, and willing to ask questions when something is unclear, I look forward to collaborating with you.
