Red Balloon Tracking in Python

I need a Python script to process slow-motion MP4 videos of a bouncing round red fluid filled balloon on a green background. The script should detect the balloon and track its movement by drawing a perimeter line around the balloon. I already have the code, but I need the video editing to be optimised to avoid blurring and ignore light shadows.

Requirements:
- Detect a round red balloon on green background
- Track movement with bounding box
- Output video with tracking overlay
