You don't need to be an established influencer or have years of management experience. We're looking for someone with personality, ambition, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
## What You'll Do
**Build Your Personal Brand**
- Stream consistently on TikTok LIVE.
- Participate in TikTok Battles and creator collaborations.
- Develop your own audience, content, and online identity.
- Work with our media team to improve your personal branding.
**Recruit & Manage Creators**
- Recruit and manage an initial team of 10 TikTok creators.
- Help creators establish daily streaming schedules.
- Communicate with your team regularly to maintain consistency.
- Encourage engagement, collaboration, and audience growth.
- Track basic creator activity and performance.
**Grow With VOXA House**
- Help develop a growing network of creators.
- Participate in creative campaigns and brand-building opportunities.
- Learn about influencer marketing, business development, and creator management.
- Work toward future leadership opportunities as our network expands.
## Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is:
- Based in Chicago or Northern California.
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable on camera.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and social media culture.
- Interested in TikTok LIVE, TikTok Battles, gaming, entertainment, or content creation.
- Business-minded, motivated, and eager to grow.
- Organized, dependable, and capable of managing a small team.
- Interested in entrepreneurship, marketing, and personal brand development.
College students, aspiring entrepreneurs, content creators, gamers, and individuals entering the creator economy are encouraged to apply.
