English-Spanish Contract Translation

I have several contracts drafted in English that must read as if they were originally written in Spanish. Because they are binding legal documents, every clause, definition, and nuance has to be preserved; a literal but natural rendering is essential.

I will provide the original files in Word. You’ll return a Spanish version formatted identically, along with a short glossary of any key legal terms you standardise so that future agreements stay consistent. A brief QA pass—where you walk me through any passages that required interpretation—will round out the assignment.

Strict confidentiality is, of course, non-negotiable. If you have previous experience translating contracts or can point me to comparable work, please mention it when you respond.
