Several fully-remote openings in Data Entry, Administrative Support, and Customer Service need a recruiter who can quickly build a qualified pipeline across Latin America. The roles are all entry-level, yet every candidate must already know how to thrive in a distributed workforce, so proven remote-work experience is the non-negotiable filter. Fluency in English or Spanish and strong organizational habits will naturally strengthen a profile, but I will rely on you to weigh those extras against overall fit.

What I expect from you:
• Write and publish appealing job ads on LinkedIn, Indeed, local LATAM boards, and relevant Facebook or Slack groups.
• Actively source passive talent, screen résumés, run short video pre-interviews, and verify each person’s remote-work track record.
• Present a concise shortlist for each role—CV, salary expectation, notice period, and your own notes on fit—so I can move to final interviews without back-tracking.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Minimum of ten ready-to-interview candidates per role delivered within the first ten days.
2. Every candidate confirms stable internet, suitable home office, and at least six months’ remote experience.
3. A shared tracker (Google Sheet or ATS export) kept up-to-date in real time.

If sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or an ATS like Workable help you hit those targets faster, feel free to deploy them—I care about the results more than the method.
