Some of what you'll do:

Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and the internal database
Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
Own the candidate experience and offer market information regularly to those who've opted in
Market mapping and lead generation
Screening CVs and shortlisting against role requirements
Conducting phone screens to assess skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability
Registering candidates and keeping the ATS up to date
Building and maintaining talent pools for roles that come up regularly
Presenting shortlisted candidates to consultants and clients

You will also be expected to post LinkedIn articles Twice a week from industry news and jobboards. This experience is essential

A background in Recruiting Engineering, construction and infrastructure is ideal.
