Recover Disabled Hacked Instagram Account

My personal Instagram profile was taken over by a hacker. I went through every standard channel—reported the incident, completed the “My account was hacked” form, and spoke with Instagram support—yet the profile is now disabled and still out of my hands.

I no longer control the email or phone number originally linked to the account, so any solution that relies on those routes is closed to me. However, I can supply proof of ownership: screenshots of previous security emails, receipts for promoted posts, and other correspondence from Meta that ties the account to my identity.

What I need from you

• Reactivate the profile so it appears publicly again, with full posting and login access restored to me.

1. I can log in through the Instagram app and web interface using new credentials I set.
2. The account is visible to followers without the “disabled” notice.
