About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager & Video Editor to help build the digital presence of Homyfy Property Solutions, a real estate company focused on rentals, resales, property management, and new/under-construction properties across West Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels
* Edit property walkthrough and promotional videos
* Develop educational real-estate content and personal-brand content
* Create engaging hooks, captions, thumbnails and basic graphics
* Manage Instagram and YouTube posting and content calendar
* Repurpose one video across multiple platforms
* Suggest content ideas based on current social-media trends
* Coordinate with me for regular video shoots
* Maintain consistency in branding, quality and posting schedule

Ideal Candidate

* Strong video-editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar)
* Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube content
* Ability to create engaging hooks and short-form content
* Basic Canva/graphic-design skills
* Good English and Hindi communication
* Real estate/content-creation experience is a plus
* Hyderabad-based candidates preferred, but remote candidates with a strong portfolio can apply

This is not just an editing job. I am looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete social-media workflow—from content ideas and editing to posting and optimization.
