I have a set of high-quality stock clips and need them transformed into a polished, professional-looking promotional video that elevates our brand image. The finished piece should feel corporate and trustworthy rather than flashy; think clean motion graphics, on-brand lower thirds, smooth transitions, and a concise narrative arc that clearly communicates who we are and why we matter.
Goal
The sole objective is brand awareness. While a sales push or lead capture can appear subtly at the end as a call-to-action, the overall tone must focus on credibility, authority, and consistency with our existing visual identity.
What you’ll work with
• Curated stock footage (all licensed and ready to download).
• Our brand style guide: logo, colour palette, font files, and a short copy deck for any on-screen text or voice-over.
• Optional backing track suggestions that fit a corporate ambience.
Deliverables
• One master video, 45–60 seconds, in 1080p (MP4, H.264).
• Separate versions optimised for LinkedIn and YouTube (aspect ratio tweaks only).
• All project files (Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus any After Effects comps) so we can make future edits internally.
• A quick thumbnail image that aligns with the video’s look.
Acceptance criteria
1. Visual style matches brand guide and maintains a professional, corporate feel.
2. All text, graphics, and music licensed or sourced from the provided assets.
3. Final runtime within 45–60 s and delivered in the specified formats.
4. At least one round of revisions included to fine-tune pacing or graphical details.
Timeline is flexible but I’d like a first cut within five days of asset hand-off, with final delivery shortly after feedback. If you enjoy crafting crisp, confident corporate videos that make viewers remember a name, this will be a straightforward, rewarding edit.
