I already have the broad strokes of a magical forest world where a band of quirky animal friends lead young viewers through playful lessons about nature, friendship and curiosity. The next step is to shape this into a production-ready property that could live as an animated feature, series pitch or trans-media brand.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Character design: hand-drawn or painted illustrations that feel timeless—think classic Winnie-the-Pooh storybook warmth rather than slick digital vectors.
• Story development: an outline of episode/film arcs that balance education with humour and heart.
• World-building: maps, lore notes and visual mood pieces that anchor the forest’s rules, landmarks and recurring magical elements.
The overall tone must stay warm and cozy while still delivering bursts of adventure and a constant thread of gentle whimsy. I’m picturing soft palettes, textured brushwork and layouts that invite children to linger and explore.
Deliverables I’d like to see before we call it complete:
1. A concise style bible (character turnarounds, colour keys, prop sheets, ambience reference).
2. A pilot story synopsis plus two additional story springboards that show how the universe can grow.
3. A world guide with location sketches, vocabulary of magical items/creatures and notes on how each ties back to the educational themes.
If you thrive on classic illustration, love crafting heartfelt narratives for kids and can visualise an entire universe in cohesive style frames, I’d love to hear from you. Share a short note about your background along with links or PDFs that show comparable work—storybook art, production bibles, mood boards or animated shorts are perfect.
