Radar Waveform Analysis Dissertation Assistance

I’m in the final stretch of my M-Tech and need a radar engineering student to cover me through the dissertation stage. The core of the work is Single module radars, with a tight emphasis on Waveform Analysis. The scope of the dissertation to be covered is as following.
1 Conceptual Modelling of Single Module Radar Architecture without hardware implementation.
2 Radar Signal Generation and Target Echo Simulation using MATLAB.
3 Digital Radar Signal Processing Card Emulation.
4 Performance Evaluation and Algorithm Validation, supported by simulation results.
