Python-Driven OSP Field Location Research

We are seeking an experienced Python/web research specialist to develop a verified business prospect database covering **Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas**.

This is NOT a generic company or corporate-headquarters lead list.

We need research identifying **physical field operations, construction yards, regional offices, warehouses and other operating locations** associated with companies performing OSP fiber, broadband, underground utility and related infrastructure construction.

Research should identify relevant local/regional decision-makers in construction, operations, project management, materials, purchasing and related functions.
