PV System MATLAB/Simulink Simulation with PPO–Q Learning

MATLAB/Simulink Simulation of PPO–Q Learning Based Control for Grid-Connected PV System Using Proposed High-Gain DC–DC Converter with SiC MOSFET
I am looking for an experienced MATLAB/Simulink freelancer to develop a complete simulation model of a grid-connected PV system incorporating my proposed high-gain DC–DC converter using SiC MOSFET and a PPO–Q Learning based control strategy.
Required System
PV Array → PPO–Q MPPT → Proposed High-Gain DC–DC Converter (SiC MOSFET) → DC-Link → Inverter → LCL/LC Filter → Grid
Important Simulation Results Required
The freelancer should provide only the important IEEE-paper-quality results, including:
1. PV voltage, current and power with MPPT tracking
2. PPO–Q learning convergence/reward curve
3. Proposed converter input/output voltage
4. Converter inductor current
5. SiC MOSFET gate pulse and switching waveform
6. DC-link voltage regulation with transient response
7. Grid voltage and grid current waveform
8. Active and reactive power delivered to the grid
9. Grid current FFT and THD, preferably
