Title: Tech Specialist Needed: Set up Party Booking, Invoicing & Client Communication System (Bloom / Client Management)
​Project Description:
We run a party-planning business in London and need an experienced tech VA or CRM specialist to set up our entire booking, invoicing, and client communication operations from scratch.
​What we need done:
​Platform Setup: Set up and configure our account (we prefer Bloom, but open to expert recommendations if another tool fits better).
​Package & Invoice Templates: Create reusable invoice templates for our core party packages so we never have to type out line items from scratch.
​Client Communication System: Set up and put in place a centralized system for back-and-forth client communications, ensuring message histories, emails, and client notes are cleanly tracked and organized in one place.
​Team Access: Configure team user permissions so our senior staff members can log in with Admin access to view live bookings, the master calendar, invoice statuses, and client message threads.
​Requirements:
​Proven experience setting up client management, invoicing, and communication workflows for small businesses (e.g., Bloom, HoneyBook, or similar platforms).
​Clear communication and ability to do a quick hand-over call or video walkthrough once built.
