Twilio Voice Mentorship Needed

I work in technical support and want to sharpen my real-world troubleshooting skills around Twilio Voice. I’m looking for an experienced engineer who can meet with me one-on-one on a recurring basis (video or screen-share) and walk through practical scenarios rather than a pre-packaged course.

Primary focus areas
• Twilio Programmable Voice & TwiML
• Voice APIs, SDKs, Webhooks
• SIP trunking and Voice Insights

During our sessions I’d like to:
• Recreate and dissect customer-reported issues, latency, jitter and packet-loss cases, call-flow misconfigurations, webhook failures and SIP registration problems.
• Step through live debugging with tools such as the Twilio Console, CLI, ngrok tunnels, Wireshark traces and call log analytics.
• Build a repeatable approach to isolating problems across TwiML, media, and carrier layers so I can independently resolve tickets faster.

My end goal is to develop deep expertise in Twilio Voice. I’ll keep employer details private for now and can share my background and specific learning objectives in the first session.
