Professional Residential Site Plan Redesign

I already have a rough site plan for a residential development, but it lacks the polish needed for permitting and investor presentations. The key task is to refine and clarify the building layout—aligning footprints, setbacks, circulation paths, and overall proportions so the drawing looks cohesive and immediately understandable. Landscaping, parking, and access notes are present on the original file and can stay secondary; the spotlight must stay on how the homes sit on the lot.

You will receive my basic sketches, a PDF of the current plan, and survey information. From these, I need a clean, scaled drawing delivered in both PDF and an editable format (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar). Please include a proper title block, north arrow, legend, clear line-weights, and annotations ready for submission.

Accuracy to the survey data is critical; total site coverage and lot lines cannot shift. One round of minor revisions after my internal review should be included. If you regularly turn schematic residential layouts into professional, permit-ready site plans, I’m ready to share files and get started.
