Deploy New HTML Website Live

Hi, since I have already created the complete HTML website and will provide all the website files, I would like to keep the work limited to deployment, testing and basic security.

My budget is ₹1,500.

Please confirm that ₹1,500 includes the following:

1. Website Deployment
• Uploading all HTML, CSS, JavaScript and image files to my existing hosting
• Making the website live on rajdootfans.in
• Uploading through cPanel File Manager, FTP/SFTP or another suitable method
• Ensuring all website files are in the correct location and loading properly

2. Domain & SSL
• SSL/HTTPS correctly configured
• HTTP → HTTPS redirect
• Checking www/non-www versions and ensuring they work correctly
• Checking for any SSL or mixed-content errors

3. Existing Website Backup
• Taking a complete backup of my existing website before replacing anything
• Ensuring the old website can be restored if something goes wrong
• Not deleting the old website until the new website has been successfully uploaded and tested
• Providing me with the final website files/backup after completion

4. Website Testing
• Checking every page
• Checking all images
• Checking CSS and JavaScript
• Checking menus and navigation
• Checking all buttons and links
• Checking WhatsApp links
• Checking phone/call links
• Checking external links
• Checking for broken links and 404 errors
• Testing the website on mobile
• Testing the website on desktop
• Basic testing on major browsers
• Checking that there are no obvious JavaScript/console errors

5. Contact/Enquiry Forms
• Checking that all contact/enquiry forms function correctly
• Testing an actual form submission
• At present I do not have an official website email address, so email delivery can be configured later when I provide the email address
• Please inform me before launch if any form requires a backend service or email configuration to function properly

6. Basic Security
• Checking that no passwords, API keys or other confidential information are exposed in the website files
• Checking that cPanel/hosting credentials are not present anywhere in the website files
• Checking that sensitive files such as .env, configuration files and backup files are not publicly accessible
• Disabling directory listing if supported by the hosting
• Removing unnecessary old website files only after the backup is safely completed
• Checking that the website does not contain any obvious suspicious or unwanted third-party scripts

7. Performance
• Basic Google PageSpeed Insights check, especially mobile
• Check that images and website files are loading correctly
• Identify any obvious issue that is unnecessarily slowing down the website

8. Bug Fixing & Post-Launch Support
• Fixing minor bugs related to uploading/deployment or the supplied website
• 15 days of post-launch support for genuine bugs found after the website goes live

Examples of bugs include:
• Broken button/link
• Missing image
• Page not loading
• Mobile layout problem
• JavaScript not working
• Menu/navigation problem
• Form not functioning
• HTTPS/SSL problem
• 404/broken-page issue

9. Ownership & Access
• The domain, hosting and cPanel account will remain under my ownership and control
• Please do not change my domain, DNS, hosting, email settings or passwords without informing me first
• After completion, I will retain access to all hosting/cPanel and website files

10. What is NOT included
I am not asking you to redesign or develop the website. The website has already been created by me.

Any major redesign, new feature, new functionality, SEO campaign or additional development can be discussed and priced separately.

Payment:
₹750 after the initial upload and ₹750 after I personally test and approve the live website.
