Professional Explainer Video for a (web) Software Dashboard (2:30–3:00 Min) — Full Storyboard Provided

PROJECT OVERVIEW
We need a polished 2:30–3:00 minute explainer video for a software dashboard used by automotive tuning workshops. No voiceover — carried by screen-recording visuals, motion graphics, animated German on-screen text bubbles, and a fitting background music track (see Music Direction below).

We're hiring this out because we don't have in-house video/motion design skills ourselves — that's exactly why we need someone who thinks independently and optimizes for a great result, not just someone who executes instructions literally.

THE REAL TEST FOR THIS VIDEO
Before you bid, understand what "done" actually means here: after watching this video, could a complete beginner — literally your grandmother — understand the dashboard well enough to go use it herself? That's the bar.

The storyboard we provide is a detailed guide, not a rigid script. This includes the timing: every scene has a suggested timeframe (e.g. "0:44–0:52"), but those numbers are a starting point, not a stopwatch requirement. If a scene needs 2–3 seconds more to actually land, take it. If a section is redundant, tighten it. The total runtime (2:30–3:00) can flex a bit in either direction too. Clarity and understandability always beat hitting an exact second count — but that only works if you actually think each scene through, not just guess or pad it. "But that's what the storyboard said" is not an acceptable excuse for a video that doesn't actually explain the product well.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT
Please don't bid if your plan is a flat screen recording with a few text bubbles slapped on top — that looks like a Windows-98-era demo, and we could make that ourselves. We're paying for real motion design: smooth zooms, considered pacing, clean typography, a track that actually supports the visuals. If your portfolio doesn't show that level of polish, this isn't the right project for you.

MUSIC DIRECTION
Instrumental background track only, no vocals. Think modern, electronic / house — the kind of sound that fits a software engineering company: clean, driving, contemporary. Explicitly NOT anything twee, playful, or that sounds like it's from a kids' cartoon movie. Royalty-free, please suggest 1–2 track options before final edit.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- A complete, scene-by-scene storyboard (interactive HTML, attached) with 10 scenes: suggested timing, camera direction, exact German on-screen text, sound notes.
- Real reference screenshots of every dashboard tab.
- Brand colors, fonts (free Google Fonts), plain-text script export (built into the storyboard).
- Access to the live dashboard (private link, shared after hire).

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Record clean, high-resolution screen captures of the real dashboard.
- Edit the full video with proper motion graphics, animated German text bubbles (copy provided — reproduce exactly, including ä/ö/ü and ß), and the background track described above.
- Deliver 16:9, 1920×1080, MP4 (H.264), 25 or 30fps.

ONE HARD RULE
This is a single-page dashboard — every tab swaps content in the same window, nothing is a separate page. Every scene must establish that wide context (nav bar + sidebar visible) before zooming in. Unlike the timing, this part is not flexible — a previous freelancer skipped it and it broke the whole video.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) at a genuinely professional level
- Clean screen recording
- Motion graphics / kinetic typography
- Music selection & syncing (royalty-free)
