I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day running of my YouTube channel so I can focus on filming and community interaction. Here’s what I need from you:
• Edit each new video (roughly 8–15 minutes) into a polished, on-brand final cut complete with basic motion graphics, royalty-free music, chapter markers, end screens and optimized thumbnails. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve—use whichever pro tool lets you keep turnaround under 72 hours.
• Handle the entire upload workflow in YouTube Studio: craft SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags and playlists, schedule releases, set up cards and end-screens, and make sure everything goes live without a hitch.
• Develop a data-driven content creation strategy. I’ll share my audience insights; you’ll translate them into a three-month content calendar outlining topics, hooks, CTAs and potential shorts or repurposed clips.
• Track channel analytics weekly. I want concise reports highlighting watch time, CTR, retention, subscriber growth and any standout trends, plus clear recommendations on what we should tweak next.
Success looks like consistently on-brand videos delivered on time, measurable growth in average view duration and subscribers, and actionable insights I can understand at a glance. If you’ve helped channels scale before and have a portfolio to prove it, let’s get started.
