Professional ESG Report Design

I need an ESG report designed using Adobe InDesign (must) for public distribution with a deadline of completion is 8th September. It is a 140 pages word file report which needs to be designed.
Note- The cover page and layout have been finalised.
The design should be professional and corporate, featuring:

- Graphs and charts
- Infographics
- Photographs

Ideal skills and experience:
