Simple 2D Logo Animation

I already have a "FIST" logo ready in both PSD and SVG; what I need now is a clean, lightweight animation. The ribbon should wrap around the arm in a smooth, fluid motion, the text must slide in or fade, and the surrounding light rays need a slow, steady throb—just enough to give the design a heartbeat without making it busy.

Only two or three colours are in play, so the focus is on motion, not complicated shading. A short, seamless loop will work best for social banners and intro stingers, and I’d like files delivered in a web-friendly format (MP4) along with the source project—After Effects, Animate CC, or a comparable tool is fine as long as I can tweak it later if needed.

Deliverables:
• Final looping animation (MP4)
• Editable project file with all layers intact
