Real Estate Land Video Editing

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor to edit raw footage of a property and create a professional, engaging property walkthrough/presentation video.

I need a polished property video created from raw footage of a land parcel. The goal is to give prospective buyers a clear, engaging “client view,” so pacing, clarity and visual appeal are paramount. Expect to tidy up shots with color correction, exposure balancing and light stabilization, weave in royalty-free background music, and add tasteful on-screen text or lot-line graphics where it helps orientation. Please keep the tone professional: no flashy jump cuts, just smooth transitions that let the acreage speak for itself.

Scope of Work:
Review and organize the provided raw video footage.
Create a smooth entry-to-exit walkthrough, maintaining a logical flow of the property.
Select the best shots and remove unnecessary/duplicate footage.
Create smooth transitions between different areas.
Improve overall video pacing and storytelling.
Basic colour correction and colour grading.
Stabilize footage wherever required.
Add suitable background music.
Add clean, professional text/title overlays where required.
Ensure the final video has a premium and professional presentation.
Provide the final video in high-quality, social-media/web-friendly formats.

Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate, architectural, hospitality, resort, farm/property or walkthrough video editing preferred.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and sequencing.
Good command of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.
Ability to create a polished video from raw footage with minimal supervision.
Good sense of music selection, transitions, pacing and visual aesthetics.
