Procure eSIM API Service from 1GLOBAL

Hello,

I am looking to purchase an eSIM API service from 1GLOBAL (https://www.1global.com/) However, I am currently having difficulty reaching the right department and getting a response from the company.

Therefore, I am looking for a freelancer who can contact 1GLOBAL on my behalf and manage the entire eSIM API procurement process from start to finish.

This is NOT an API integration or software development job. I already have a software development company working on my platform. Once the API access is obtained, my existing development team will handle the technical integration.

Your responsibility will be solely to manage the communication and procurement process with 1GLOBAL.

Responsibilities

* Contact 1GLOBAL
* Find and reach the correct sales / partnership / API department
* Communicate with 1GLOBAL on behalf of me and my company
* Call 1GLOBAL by phone if necessary
* Attend online meetings if required
* Clearly present our company and eSIM project
* Obtain commercial information about their eSIM API service
* Obtain API pricing information
* Clarify any minimum purchase, usage, or commitment requirements
* Find out which company documents are required
* Manage and follow up on the application and onboarding process
* Assist with any required forms
* Inform me about any documents or information requested by 1GLOBAL
* Obtain a commercial quotation
* Follow up on the agreement/contract process if required
* Ensure that the API procurement process is completed
* Follow up until the API account/access is successfully created
* Ensure that the necessary API access details and documentation are delivered to my software development team

Most Important Requirement

I am not looking for someone who will simply send one or two emails to 1GLOBAL.

I need someone who will take full ownership of this process from A to Z and bring it to completion.

If necessary, you should repeatedly follow up with 1GLOBAL by email, phone, or online meetings until the correct department is reached and the eSIM API procurement process is successfully completed.

The final goal is:

To successfully obtain 1GLOBAL eSIM API access for our company and have the required API access/details ready for our existing development team.

Technical API integration is not included in this job.

Ideal Candidate

Preferably, you should have experience in:

* Fluent professional English
* Communicating with international companies by phone
* B2B sales or procurement
* Business Development / Partnerships
* Telecom / eSIM industry
* API procurement and onboarding processes

Previous experience with 1GLOBAL or another eSIM / telecom provider would be a major advantage.
