I’m building a desktop-based AR/VR application that will serve as a hands-on training and simulation tool. The core of the project is a series of immersive, interactive scenarios where users can practise real-world tasks, make decisions, and immediately see the consequences of their actions in a safe virtual environment.
I’m comfortable with either Unity or Unreal Engine—whichever you feel will deliver smooth performance and intuitive interactivity on standard Windows workstations. My priority right now is depth of interaction: objects should respond naturally, branching paths should reflect user choices, and progression between scenarios must feel seamless. High-fidelity visuals and performance analytics are on the roadmap, so I’d like the codebase structured in a way that lets us add those modules later without major rework.
Deliverables I need from you:
• A compiled desktop build ready to install and run on Windows 10/11
• All project source files with clean, well-commented code
• A short setup guide plus basic user documentation
I’ll provide the training scripts, environment sketches, and reference videos once we kick off. If the first milestone hits the quality bar, I’ll be happy to extend the engagement for additional scenarios and feature upgrades.
