Secure Family Website with Individual Access

I have Bluehost hosting and a new domain.
I want the site to be built using Elementor.
This will be a website for family and friends not for the general public.
I want a basic photo landing page with "about" "contact" etc. and "register / login" buttons liked to the pages.
The "register page" must gather the all the usual information and have a "not robot check"
The "login page" must be secure customisable by admin for each user to create individual access to only authorised pages, logged in users leaving the site will be logged out automaticity .
After Login the user lands on a menu page with 12 menu items, each menu item "numbered Page-01 to Page-12", only the available pages (as defined by login access of that user) will be highlighted all others will be greyed out, clicking on the highlighted menu item will take you to the page-'number' clicking on a greyed out menu item will do nothing.
Returning users remembered but NOT automaticity logged in.
The site should be left working but in a condition to be completed / modified by myself with Elementor.
Instructions for admin on the setting of the users and access for those user will be needed.
