I run the YouTube channel @yesflipit and I’m looking for a mature, highly-skilled Adobe Premiere Pro editor who can match — or improve on — the pacing, graphic style, and B-roll integration you see in my existing uploads.
Before you respond, spend a few minutes on the channel, watch several recent videos, and make sure you’ve created something comparable in the past. If you haven’t, this role won’t be a fit.
The core of the job
• Edit one 8- to 12-minute video every day
• Assemble the A-roll I provide, source and weave in dynamic B-roll, lower-thirds, maps, text call-outs, and occasional sound design so the final cut feels as sharp as the originals.
• Keep a clear narrative flow: the channel focuses on U.S. politics and wider geo-politics, so an ear for emphasis and context is essential.
What I expect from you in your first reply
1. Confirm you located @yesflipit on YouTube and have produced an equivalent editing style before.
2. Explain—concretely—where you’ll pull B-roll from (specific stock libraries, licensed clips, etc.) and how you stay within fair-use or licensing rules.
3. Briefly rate your grasp of U.S. politics and geo-politics and why that insight helps your edits land.
4. State you can deliver an 8-12 minute video every day without conflicting deadlines.
Shortlisting process
Only candidates who answer those four points will be considered. If you’re shortlisted, we’ll set up a quick interview; I’m not conducting extended chat threads, so put everything up front.
