Update 190-Page Price List

I have a 190-page price list in a 20 MB, high-resolution PDF that now needs a full round of price updates. Alongside the text edits, I’d like to refresh the overall look: the internal color scheme will shift to a new palette and both the front and back covers need a light redesign that ties everything together.

You can work in Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or any comparable layout tool—whatever lets you replace prices quickly while preserving the existing layout structure. I will supply:

• The current PDF
• A document PDF or spreadsheet with the revised prices

Deliverables I expect back:

1. The fully updated, print-ready PDF (same high resolution as the original)
2. The packaged source files so I can make future tweaks in-house

Every price must match the spreadsheet exactly, the new colors must apply consistently across headings, tables, and accent elements, and the redesigned covers should integrate the supplied palette and imagery. If you see any layout issues while you work, flag them—I’m open to small improvements as long as the catalogue stays familiar to our customers.

Turnaround is flexible for quality, but please include a realistic timeline when you respond along with examples of similar multi-page catalogue or magazine work.
