Precise PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a PDF that needs to live again in Word exactly as it appears now — every heading style, column break, embedded image, and fine-tuned margin intact. The job is to lift all text, images, and page formatting from the source file and rebuild it in an editable .docx so I can revise content later without losing the original look.

Please rely on whatever professional workflow you prefer (Adobe Acrobat, OCR tools, manual layout in Microsoft Word, etc.) as long as the result meets these acceptance criteria:

• Layout, typography, tables, and image placement mirror the PDF page for page
• All images remain high-resolution and anchored correctly
• Styles and section breaks stay preserved so each element is fully editable
• Final deliverable: a clean, unlocked .docx ready for immediate editing

If any fonts are missing or an element cannot be reproduced exactly, flag it for me first so we avoid surprises. Once the file meets the points above, the project is complete.
