I need a freshly-sourced database of agencies that were incorporated in Karnataka on or after 1 June 2023, with a particular focus on Bengaluru-registered entities. Only three legal structures are relevant for this task: Pvt Ltd, LLP, and OPC Pvt Ltd.

The spreadsheet you prepare must contain fully verified, up-to-date information for every company you include. Verification should rely on reliable public records (MCA/ROC), cross-checks on LinkedIn, and, where possible, direct confirmation via phone or email so the file is ready for immediate outreach.

Deliverables (one row per company):
• Legal name of the company and exact date of incorporation
• Owner / founder name(s)
• Registered office address (street, city, PIN)
• Primary contact number
• Contact email ID
• LinkedIn profile URL of the owner or the business
