Lead My Remote Sales Team

I’m looking for a hands-on outbound sales leader who can take charge of a fully remote calling team from day one. You should be completely at ease cold-dialing prospects yourself, then flipping into coach mode to sharpen the team’s pitch, keep motivation high, and make sure every interaction is captured accurately in our CRM. Cold calling experience, solid team-management chops, and real fluency with CRM software are non-negotiable for this role.

Here’s how we’ll measure success:
• Reps hitting daily call targets while maintaining quality
• Clean, up-to-date records in the CRM with zero gaps
• Weekly KPI dashboards summarising pipeline growth and revenue won
• Actionable feedback that continually improves scripts and processes
