Port OnePlus Dialer to Galaxy

I’m moving from a OnePlus handset to a Samsung Galaxy S series phone and I don’t want to lose the stock OnePlus dialer experience. I need a clean port of the official OnePlus dialer that installs and runs smoothly on my Galaxy S device with its full built-in capabilities intact—call recording, the familiar UI, and the integrated contact management.

No extra tweaks or experimental mods are necessary; I only want the dialer exactly as it functions on OnePlus, but made compatible with the Samsung environment and the current Android version shipped on recent Galaxy S models.

To make sure we’re on the same page, here’s what I’ll need from you:
